The wine for this Blanc de Blanc is made from Chardonnay. After the vinification of the organic wine, the bottle fermentation and maturation on the yeast take place in our cellars. This allows the delicate brioche notes to unfold, which are also preserved after vacuum distillation. We take pride in executing this crucial phase in-house with the utmost perfection. Enhanced with our passion for fine spices, select herbs, and flowers, an alcohol free sparkling beverage with a light colour and a uniquely delicate aroma is created.
Aroma/taste: apple, citrus fruits and white blossoms in fine brioche notes, caramel
Ingredients: dealcoholised wine 85% (80% Chardonnay-, 20% Colambard grapes; preservative; sulfites), apple juice, gooseberry juice, madarin juice, herbs, blossoms and spices (hazelnut), vegetable glycerin, carbon dioxide.

Aroma: fine fragrance of Champagner Bratbirne Heritage perry pear, with fine notes of dried fruit. White blossoms, characterised by brioche notes from bottle fermentation of the sparkling wine on yeast for several years.
Taste: restrained sweetness and well integrated acidity. Fine taste of Champagner Bratbirne Heritage perry pear with subtle tannin notes in the finish. Dealcoholised sparkling pear wine beverage with herbs and spices.
