Aroma: citrus fruit with intensive notes of white blossoms, underlaid with a hint of vanilla and

Taste: A lean, light and tangy alcohol free variation from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, with less sweetness
and more lemony freshness instead. Fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge in the medium-length
finish
Pairing: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal
fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter

Pinot Meunier | Currant Twigs
Aroma: Fruity, fragrant notes of red berries and blue grapes with subtle herbaceous tones and aromatic facets of red bell peppers.
Taste: Fresh acidity of red currants with sweetish echoes of blue grapes. Aromatic herbaceous centre piece with fine, slight heat in the finish.
Pairings: With wild fowl and fried veal combined with a spicy sauce | fruit accentuated starters in combination with dark meat | beef or tuna tartar

[most]-Pear | Apple | Coffee
Aroma: Balanced combination of roasted notes from coffee uniting with the fresh-fruity notes of ripe pears and the light freshness of apple.
Taste: lively fruit with balanced acidity, reminiscent of yellow, ripe fruit like Gewürzluiken apples, subtle acerbic roasted notes of coffee and nuts and a hint of caramel. Long coffee finish.
Pairings: all combinations with coffee: from a starter to a coffee-crusted fillet of veal and deserts like Tiramisu, coffee ice cream … Also with dishes made with roasted hazel nuts or other nuts.
