Aroma: Ripe apple and pear fruit with scents of fresh grain, cornflowers and lemony freshness.
Flavour: Light, lively fruit at the beginning. Full-bodied in the middle and aftertaste with a soft and malty flavour of roasted barley.
Food pairing: With strong soft cheese, wild flower cheese, vitello tonnato

Aroma: exotic mild fruit with light echoes of fresh sweet balm and herbs.
Taste: apple and pear in the finish, carried by roasted emmer and the freshness of parsley and borage.

Ingredients: Bittenfelder Sämling must apple* (48%), Oberösterreicher Weinbirne must pear*, borage*, thyme*, bishop’s weed*, popped emmer*, spices*, with extra fine ‘pearl carbonation’.

Aroma: delicate rose-apple scent, reminiscent of ripe peaches, honey and exotic fruits like mango, papaya, refined with vanilla.
Taste: fully ripe fruit, full bodied and soft with fine rose aroma and taste of peach.
Food pairings: desserts with white and dark chocolate, blue cheese, red smear cheese.
