Aroma: Sensual scent of ripe damson with a fresh note of lemon verbena and spicy, wintery aromas.
Taste: Opening with the delicate sweetness of pear and damson, refreshing herb aroma and delicate acidity. The soft finish is accompanied by winterly spices.
Pairing: Game terrine with fruit component (mountain cranberry, damson) | Kaiserschmarrn (traditional Austrian dessert) with baked damson | Topfenknödel (traditional Austrian dessert)
 
Ingredients: Pear juice (55%), damson juice (40%), herbs, carbon dioxide.

Aroma: citrus fruit with intensive notes of white blossoms, underlaid with a hint of vanilla and
fresh apple
Taste: A lean, light and tangy alcohol free variation from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, with less sweetness
and more lemony freshness instead. Fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge in the medium-length
finish
Pairing: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal
fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter
 
Ingredients: Apple juice (70%), pear juice, oak leaves (0.1%), herbs, spices, carbon dioxide. Beverage
based on apple juice with herbs and spices

Gelbmöstler pears contribute fragrance and sweetness, while Berlepsch and Gewürzluiken apples provide an acidic framework. The Bourbon coffee we use is roasted in copper drums and sourced from the Sonora Estate in the Mexican Highlands. The aromas of this speciality, which is grown on the Manacal section, are evocative of chestnut blossom, caramel and tobacco. After cold extraction and pressing, typically smoky notes remain, leaving a dominating and malty impression when tasting.
Aroma: Balanced combination of roasted notes from coffee uniting with the fresh-fruity notes of ripe pears and the light freshness of apple
Taste: lively fruit with balanced acidity, reminiscent of yellow, ripe fruit like Gewürzluiken apples, subtle acerbic roasted notes of coffee and nuts and a hint of caramel. Long coffee finish
Pairings: all combinations with coffee: from a starter to a coffee-crusted fillet of veal and deserts like Tiramisu, coffee ice cream … Also with dishes made with roasted hazel nuts or other nuts
