During the strawberry season the ideal accompaniment can be found in our woods. Sweet woodruff grows in clearings and the elderflower bushes are in bloom. Rhubarb enhances the apple’s acidity. A light sediment is an indication of a natural product and is what we expect to see. With fluctuations in temperature the acidity of the rhubarb will, over time, react with the natural calcium in the apple creating the sediment.

Aroma: Lush scent of sweet strawberries, herby woodruff and fragrant elderberry flower.
Taste: Ripe, fresh apple combined with the sweetness of strawberries, lush floral, long, sweet finish.
Food pairing: On its own, as an aperitif, or with fresh strawberries, also in combination with rhubarb as dessert variation.

Köstlich

Dieses Getränk ist super lecker. Es schmeckt nach Frucht und leicht nach Waldmeister. Die Gärung ist perfekt und die Flasche macht auch was her. Es schmeckt süß, gleichzeitig auch herb und und etwas säuerlich, was aber sehr angenehm ist. Wenn die Flasch einmal auf ist, trinkt man locker noch ein zweites Glas. Eiskalt ein Genuss. Ich kann es kaum abwarten, bis es wieder neue Flaschen zu kaufen gibt. 5 Sterne mit Sondersternchen

Der macht süchtig, da muss ich die ganze Flasche auf einmal trinken, schade dass er jetzt aus ist
