Exciting, full pear and grape notes complimented by the fresh scent of jasmine blossoms in the nose. Convincing on the palate with a balanced interplay of fruity sweetness and mild, tingling acidity. The long, nuanced finish is carried harmoniously by a restrained tartness and zest.

Aroma: Heady lush pear and grape notes in the bouquet are supported by fresh tones of white blossom, combined with subtle nutty tones of hazelnuts to create a highly complex flavour
Taste: A well-balanced interplay between fruity pear sweetness and a mild sparkling acidity, with a long multi-faceted finish, carried by a subtle acerbity to maintain the harmony
Food pairing: Asian cuisine, Sushi, Sashimi, etc., starter combinations with leaf salads and cream cheese, as well as rhubarb and berry fruit desserts or patisserie

Aroma: citrus fruit with intensive notes of white blossoms, underlaid with a hint of vanilla and fresh apple
Taste: A lean, light and tangy alcohol free variation from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, with less sweetness and more lemony freshness instead. Fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge in the medium-length finish
Food pairing: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter
