Organic Red 
Apple | Aronia | Meadowsweet

Meadowsweet, also known as a medicinal herb, is found in the nature of our old orchards and brings a unique fragrance. By blending it with a variety of herbs, flowers and spices, we achieve balance and complexity.

Aroma: Red berry fruit, fresh, tart notes with soft ethereal nuances.
Taste: Red fruit with invigorating acidity, aromatic core, tart, dry finish.
Food pairing: dishes with dark meat
 
 
 
Organic White
Apple | Quince | Acacia blossoms
 
The freshness of birch leaves paired with the scent of acacia blossom, elderberry and white tea gives this non-alcoholic composition complexity and variety. To preserve the freshness and natural acidity, we use unripe Riesling grapes and old, acidic apple varieties.
 
Aroma: Fully ripened exotic fruit, reminiscent of honey and white blossoms.
Taste: Subtle sweetness, medium dry finish with well integrated tannins.

 
 
Organic Rose
Apple | Rose | Mint
 

In addition to the rose blossom, we use mint to balance the nose. We use vanilla and mace to round it off with exquisite spices.

Aroma: Ripe raspberry and delicate rose, fresh, aromatic, ripe apple.
Taste: Fresh, delicate fruitiness, sweet raspberry with fragrant rose in the centre aromatic finish with distinct notes of apple.
Food pairing: on its own, as aperitif, with fresh berries
