Along the edge of the Swabian Alps you find meadows with huge old meadow fruit trees. Climb the plateau of this low mountain range and the landscape becomes scarce with heath, juniper and hedgerows. For this vegan Cuvée we have brought together the side-by-side of perry pear, juniper, sloe, blackberry and yarrow.
 
Aroma: fruity fragrance of red berries with nuances of rhubarb and ripe pear, peppery notes of juniper.
Taste: Tart with echoes of sweetness paired with ripe pear, acerbic, bitter herb notes, tea leaves and aromatic peppery juniper.
Food pairing: Braised vegetables like ratatouille.
