The basis for this cuvée are apple and pear, rounded off by hay, blossoms and Demeter certified naked barley, roasted in a copper pan.
 
Aroma: ripe fruit of apple and pear with a malty, slightly sweet grain notes, fragrance of summer meadow.
Taste: light, exhilarating fruit, toasted barley and hay in the finish, balanced acerbity and freshness in the aftertaste, slightly astringent.
Food pairing: with strong soft cheeses, Vitello Tonnato
